New ParticipACTION campaign urges families to get outside, move, and play
You may have noticed that playgrounds and parks in Canada are getting emptier and emptier. With so much technology at our fingertips, a lot of families are spending less time enjoying outdoor activities. And we all know that when it comes to screens, it’s easy to lose track of time.

They offer tips for getting everyone in the family, from the youngest babies to teens, off screens and outside.
One thing that helps everyone is to see their parents role-modelling a good balance. Are you setting a good example for your kids?
